Are these keyboards in the standard AZERTY layout?
Yes! All keyboards sold at Bonsai Keyboards come in the official Belgian AZERTY (ISO-BE) layout. For our Belgian customers, this means all special characters and accents are exactly where you expect them to be.
(If you are ordering from France, please keep in mind that ISO-BE has slight variations compared to the standard French ISO-FR layout).
Do I have to pay import taxes or customs fees?
No. Since we are a Belgian company with local stock, the price you see is the price you pay. There are zero hidden customs fees or import duties for shipping within the EU.
Will these keyboards work with my Mac / Windows PC?
Absolutely. Keychron keyboards are fully compatible with both macOS and Windows. They even include a physical switch on the back to toggle between systems, and we include replacement keycaps for both Mac (Command/Option) and Windows (Alt/Win) in the box.
How fast is shipping?
We ship directly from our Belgian warehouse. Orders to Belgium are usually delivered within 2-3 business days via bpost. Deliveries to France take about 3-5 business days.
